What’s the difference between the Roo, Joey and Wallaby plans?
All three include our full network, endpoint and user security stack. Roo (Premium) adds onsite, remote and after-hours support, 24/7 SOC alerting, disaster recovery planning and a dedicated fractional CIO. Joey (Professional) includes the remote help desk and 24/7 SOC alerting, with discounted onsite and after-hours work. Wallaby (Budget) gives you the security stack with discounted onsite and help desk rates.
How are the plans priced?
Every plan is a flat monthly price per seat, based on your number of users and devices. We’ll give you a clear quote after a free consultation.
How fast will you respond to an emergency?
Remote emergency response is within 1 hour on Roo, 2 hours on Joey and 3 hours on Wallaby. Onsite emergency response is same day on Roo and one day or less on Joey.
We already have IT staff. Is there an option for us?
Yes. With co-managed IT, we partner with your existing IT staff to fill gaps, add security depth, provide backup coverage or help with specialized projects.
