Shannon brings over 20 years of hands‑on IT experience, having supported environments ranging from small teams with just a few users to large organizations with hundreds of users and endpoints. His background spans multiple roles and industries, giving him a practical, real‑world understanding of how technology impacts day‑to‑day business operations.

One fact in particular resonated deeply: kangaroos never move backward. Their physiology doesn’t allow it. Instead, they pivot, adjust, and continue moving forward—an approach that strongly aligns with how Shannon approaches technology and problem‑solving.
