How Managed IT Services Work

Managed IT Services are comprised of multiple hardware/software components which is what is used along with user and device count to determine the monthly managed service pricing for our clients.  Different clients have different needs and numbers of users and endpoints so, we work with our clients to determine what those needs are to develop a price that fits their overall IT infrastructure and budget.   It is our recommendation and preferred preference that our clients include all of these components in their environment in order to provide a layered security approach. With those needs in mind, we offer these services as part of any managed service package, where needed.

At Roo Tech Services, we keep security at the forefront of all of our services.  Today's IT landscape is an ever-evolving warzone of threats, from Malware, Ransomware, Phishing, Cloud Security, Password Attacks, Denial of Service Attacks, Insider Threats and Network Vulnerabilities.  These threats are becoming more and more sophisticated by the day and while no one service is completely foolproof, having a layered approach to security can lessen your chances of being compromised.  Below are the hardware/software services we offer to help combat these ever-growing threats.

Having a firewall in place is a crucial first step in protecting your company and its data.
