What do Roo Tech’s managed IT services include?
Every managed seat includes network protection (next-generation firewall), endpoint protection (device monitoring, patching, threat detection and backup), and user protection (anti-phishing, email security and security awareness training).
How are managed IT services priced?
Per seat. Your monthly cost is based on your number of users and devices, so it’s predictable and easy to budget. Compare our plans.
Do I need managed IT if I already have an IT person on staff?
Not necessarily a full plan. We also offer co-managed IT, partnering with your existing IT staff to fill gaps, provide backup coverage or help with specialized projects.
What’s the difference between managed IT and break-fix support?
