Yes. We manage the computers, network and accounts it runs on, and work directly with your EHR vendor’s support when an issue is on their side, so you don’t have to play middleman.
Do you handle HIPAA compliance?
We’re an IT and security provider, not a compliance consultant. We make sure your systems are secure, backed up and monitored, and we’re happy to work with your compliance consultant on anything they need from the technology side.
Can you come onsite if something breaks during clinic hours?
Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely within minutes, and we come onsite across Knoxville, Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge and Sevierville when a problem needs hands on it.
