Our Help Desk Portal is intuitive and user-friendly, enabling us to communicate with you and manage your issues with minimal fuss.  There are several different ways of creating tickets – both on the client side and on the technician side. Tickets are automatically synced between the Customer Portal and help desk system enabling instant communication.  The end user can open, view and manage tickets from the Portal while keeping track of all correspondence with respect to tickets. The Customer Portal is a safe space for clients to interact with the technician to manage their issue and get them resolved.

The Portal also contains a Knowledge Base where articles can be created and made public and clients can benefit from important articles and tips and tricks in this Knowledge Base, thereby further enjoying a solid user experience.
